The Blue (or Sapphire) Room is our 1-2 year old room. We have 15 children and 4 staff; 1 qualified team leader and  3 experienced assistants. All staff are rostered for continuity of care, there will always be at least one familiar staff on duty when your child arrives and  also at departure times.
There is a separate sleep/ quiet room, allowing us to follow  home routines as much as possible.
There are nappy changing and toileting facilities in the children's bathroom.

A white board is displayed prominently and used to record information about your child's day for quick reference when you collect your child.

Bottles are stored in the fridge in the room and there is also a microwave for the heating of bottles or food if your child sleeps through meal time. This age group have their own separate playground so the children are safe to play and learn at their own pace.

The centre has a uniform planning process based on observations taken on the children and individual goals set. The program follows the centre philosophy, which is based on "learning through play". We foster all areas of development in our programs whilst always ensuring individual needs are met.

The children in this room must have turned 1 by April 30th of their enrolment year.
